Annual General Membership Meeting

It’s time for the pool membership to gather virtually for our Annual General Membership Meeting.  Please plan to join using the Google Meet link in your email inbox.  Your participation in the meeting is important! If you are not able to attend the virtual meeting, please register right away to vote by proxy. We need a quorum in order to conduct official business. Please complete the proxy form HERE.

Regular members will have the opportunity to vote on a slate of candidates for the Board of Directors. The following board members are standing for re-election for a two-year term for the 2026 and 2027 seasons: Michael Wittman, Shawn Donnelly, Kara Horgan, Bethany Nguyen, Tracey Buonforte. In addition, we are grateful that Dan McCarthy and Meredith Hopkins have volunteered to join the slate for a two-year term for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. A special thank you to Lauren Braccia and Holly Cafer for their years of service to the KGRC community!

In addition, we will provide a report on the Club’s finances, membership, and an update on our renovation. Members will also review and vote on the draft minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting.
