Annual Membership Meeting & Proxies

Thank you all for a great 2024 season at KGRC! We hope everyone enjoyed their time at the pool!

It’s time for the pool membership to gather virtually for our Annual General Membership Meeting:

Via Google Meet – Members have received the link by email.

Regular members will have the opportunity to vote on a slate of candidates for the Board of Directors. The following board members are standing for re-election for a two-year term for the 2025 and 2026 seasons: Caryn Margita, Will Shields, and Karen Denniston. In addition, we are grateful that Adrienne Denk has volunteered to join the slate for a two-year term for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.

In addition, we will provide a report on the Club’s finances, membership, and an update on our renovation planning efforts. Members will also review and vote on the draft minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting.

Your participation in the meeting is important! If you are not able to attend the virtual meeting, please register right away to vote by proxy. We need a quorum in order to vote. Please complete the proxy form HERE.

The Board is excited for the offseason to prepare for the 2025 season. We are always looking for assistance and ideas with events, planning for the future and more. Please contact any Board member if you are interested in helping.
