Early Renewal is Almost Over (Ends March 15th)

When does the Early Renewal Period end?
Today! (Assuming you are reading this on March 15th, 2018)

After March 15th, the renewal rate goes up $50.

Do I have to register online?
Yes, online registration can be accomplished in less than 3 minutes and fewer than 10 mouse clicks.

Hmmm... can I send a check?
Once you complete the online registration, you can send a check. But the check needs to be postmarked March 15th to qualify for the discounted rate.

What if I don't want to renew this year but will renew next year?
Complete the online registration and pay the $100 Inactive Fee. The sooner you make that decision, the sooner we can communicate with people on our waitlist who are interested in Temporary Memberships.

OK. I want to renew my registration but I don't remember my username or password.
Use the "Forgot Your Password" function. Only one family e-mail address is tied to the username so you may have to try multiple family e-mails.

On second thought, I don't want to renew this year. How do I sell/rent/transfer/gift/bequeath my membership?
Unfortunately, you can't. Following amendments to the by-laws approved at the Annual General Meeting in 2013, memberships cannot be sold or rented. As a non-stock corporation, those amendments brought our by-laws into compliance with our statutory standing before the state. Memberships are non-transferable and are forfeit if not renewed for the season or deferred by payment of an inactivity fee.

Yeah. That's what the membership voted for at the AGM.

OK. OK. I'll renew but I can't renew for another few weeks.
That's OK. You have until April 15th to guarantee your renewal. But, after that, our vacancies are offered to the waitlist and you may not be able to renew until 2019.

My family is going to be away starting in July. Can I renew for part of the season?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot pro-rate memberships at the beginning of the season.

Anything else I should know?
Dolphin Memberships may be an option for you if you've been a member for 10 years or more and find that you're not using the pool as often as you did in the past.

I have a less frequently asked question that isn't addressed in your frequently asked questions.
Reply to this message and I'll try my best to answer your question.

When is Opening Day?
I'll tell you after you renew your membership :-)

Last question: Is a hot dog a sandwich?
Not according to the National Hot Dog and Sausage Council.
